We choose to freeze our beef fresh for several reasons:
For many years, fresh and frozen meat had stark differences in quality. However, with advancements like vacuum sealing and rapid freezing technology, we can now provide you with a year-round supply of our premium grass-finished beef while maintaining peak quality.
Supporting Sustainable and Ethical Practices
Our sustainable and ethical beef production processes mean the majority of our cattle reach an optimal weight at a similar time of year. By freezing our beef, we can bulk process and store it, allowing us to manage our herd in harmony with nature. This ensures calving, weaning, and processing occur at the appropriate times.
