The Half Beast Beef

Fill the freezer with approximately 61.5 kg of Kamilaroi Cattle Company beef, packed into convenient, family-sized portions.

Each half beast includes a broad selection of premium steaks, everyday cuts, slow-cooking favourites, mince, burger mince and sausages.

What’s included:

Premium steaks

• 2 × 2-pack eye fillet, approximately 200 g per pack

• 6 × 2-pack scotch fillet, approximately 4 kg total

• 4 × 2-pack porterhouse, approximately 1.6 kg total

• 4 × 2-pack T-bone steaks, approximately 800 g per pack

• 7 × 2-pack rump steaks, approximately 500 g per pack

Everyday cuts

• 5 × 2-pack round steaks, approximately 400 g per pack

• 7 × 2-pack blade steaks, approximately 500 g per pack

• 6 × minute steak packs, approximately 500 g per pack

• 7 × diced beef packs, approximately 500 g per pack

Roasting and slow cooking

• 4 × silverside roasts, approximately 1 kg each

• 2 × briskets, approximately 1 kg each

• 2 × rib packs, approximately 1 kg each

• 2 × 2-pack osso buco, approximately 500 g per pack

Mince and sausages

• 22 × premium beef mince packs, approximately 500 g each

• 10 × smash burger mince packs, approximately 500 g each

• 28 × 6-pack beef sausages, approximately 450 g per pack

Total take-home weight is approximately 61.5 kg.

As every animal is different, individual pack weights and the final selection may vary slightly. Any substitutions will be made with cuts of an equivalent value.
